Valor:
hopefully the 3rd time is a charm.

Dolce_Vita:
Success! Looks just like what is needed. But pricy! Have you found a US distributor that has them?
Valor:
Defender is a Vetus retailer. I just called them. They can get it. $90.99. Special order part number is ILT120.
Hamilton Marine I think has it in stock but its like 120 bucks.
Considering the labor and BS involved with cutting your boat apart then re engineering a water system and rebuilding things, the $ spent makes a strong argument in this case. I would pay double that to avoid all of that and just cut a hole in my tank and install a part, but that's just me.
SailRxSin:
What about just using a Beckson screw out deck plate for this purpose, like this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001HBPH7C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Should I put some kind of rubber sealant between the plate and the tank?
Valor:
Nothing sticks to Polyethylene. It is very slick and I think even a rubber gasket would just squirt out as it gets tightened because it has nothing to grab on to.. Also, you need to drill 6 mounting holes for the screws. How do those get sealed? You can't use silicone or a polysulfide sealer because it wont stick.
Maybe a gasket that won't distort would work out like cork and through bolting with small o-rings on the bolt inside the tank would seal up the bolt holes.
Not sure if it's toxic or not maybe Butyl tape can seal it???? Just throwing idea's out at you.
At the end of the day even if it leaks a little it's not the end of the world because it's on the top of the tank. Just don't over fill it.
