Engine replacement

Has anyone replaced there Atomic four with a diesel engine ? I am tired of constantly dealing with issues with my Atomic four. I have had it rebuild and replaced pretty much every component on the engine, but then some new issue arises. It’s to the pint even when it does run I don’t trust it to start when I need it to.
