The spring broke on my Salon Hatch handle. I'm having trouble finding them. Anyone know a source for them?
Its the spring that flips the hatch closer knob out of the way when you unlatch it.

Interior Structures / Galley Counter Top

Anyone ever remove the Galley Counter? I'm planning to update the Galley and may go with Corrian, or may just do laminate again. Was also going to take this opportunity to redo or at least replace the insulation around the ice box.

Besides the screws under the bungs for the wood rail around the counter, I didn't see any screws underneath. Is it glued down? or fastened in another way I missed?

P323 / Nesting Dinghy

Anyone build their own nesting dinghy? Was thinking of building a Spindrift 10 or 11N to keep up on deck.
If anyone keeps a nesting or non nesting dinghy on the fore-deck, do you have any trouble getting it on and off the boat? Is there anything I should be considering?
Any other designs people are happy with?
I don't necessarily plan on sailing the dinghy, will probably just have a 2-4 HP motor and oars for back up. Needs to hold me, the wife and dog some gear and possibly two electric bikes. So something with about 6-800 lbs capacity.

Also if anyone here has built a dinghy in the Chesapeake area, did you have any trouble getting it registered and titled?

Disclaimer:  I reused the 2" round cover part to cover the ignition switch, but you probably have that to swap over from your current one.

Hey, I see your replacing the old universal/wesburke panel.  Can I purchase the panel cover as I have broken my panel frame?  Let me know - see you at the marina...  DavidG  PS - new panel looks great!

Bypass means it is always on. Someone in the past probably turned it to bypass, because the solenoid no longer worked.

You can replace the diaphragms on low pressure pumps.
Not a hard job. My 323 has a Jabsco 3.5GPM pump. I doubt its original. Just pull your pump and get the model numbers.

P27 / Pintals and gudgeons

Has anyone replaced their pintals and gudgeons on their P27. My rudder is very sloppy and loose so I'm going to have to do it soon I think. Is it possible to do it without hauling the boat. Where are parts available? Thanks for your input.
