New Member Introductions / New Owner

Hello.

   I am the new owner of Temptation hull number 338. She was originally named Temptation, then given a new name : Sunshine III. I am giving her back the first name because it is so appropriate. She tempts me daily to " mess around on boats".Unfortunately she has sat unattended for the past several years and needs lots of love. This will be my third Pearson. The first was a 31- Puffin on Lake Erie. The second was a 424-Half Moon which we sailed form Beaufort, NC to Trinidad and back to Florida. Temptation will dock on Lake Texoma at Grandpappy's Point Marina. I am eager to connect with the owners of Pearson 323s and learn from your efforts!

Howdy
I am a new member from Texas. My husband and I bought hull # 338 yesterday and we are eager to get started on her rehab. She was originally owned by William J. Dubuc in Portsmouth, RI and was named Temptation. I have no idea but many questions about how she made her way to north Texas and along that journey was renamed Sunshine III. I will rechristen her to Temptation because she is certainly that! She has been ignored for the last several years and will keep us busy for as many to come. Does anyone here know of her previous owners or have any memories of this good old girl? I look forward to mining the wealth of info from y'all.

I just bought mine in Texas for $3000. And.....now the work begins!
