Title: 28-2 fin or shoal keel

Looking at 85 Pearson 28-2, not there physically.  Is there a way to tell from HIN if it is fin or shoal keel?

To my knowledge there is no way to determine the keel type with the Pearson HIN. 

But with that said, there is a number (after the month indicator) that has not been identified from our extensive research.  This digit in the HIN still remains a mystery.  It would be great if anyone out there could come forward with more factory specifics.
