Steering System, Hull Structure / Best way to repair rust spots on my cast iron keel.

Just had my P26 hull cleaned and noticed rust spots on the Cast iron keel. what the best way to repair? Also, seal between keel and hull is cracking any suggestions? Thanks for any suggestions.
