Title: Boot stripe / Cove stripe
Post by: Frayed Knot on June 11, 2014, 01:26:17 PM
I had gold tape for a boot and cove stripe.  I want to pant the new one but cant find the color I like.  The best thing I have found is  (1 Shot Metallic Gold).  Is there any reasons why I should not use this?  I am so ready to put her back in the water...Thanks for any input.

Well I used the 1 Shot and it looks great.  I think it will hold up at least better than tape...  Also added the Pearson logo at the end of the cove stripe.  The trident is gold as the stripe and the flag will be a light blue since my hull is dark blue.  The flag will be painted tomorrow.  I am thinking it is going to be nice looking.

Well here it is...This is painted with the 1 Shot paint.  I am really happy the way it turned out.
