Title: Triton #73 "Petrel"
Post by: Lundell on June 02, 2020, 08:25:39 PM
Hi all. Glad to be part of this group. I am the new owner of Pearson Triton #73 "Petrel" (ex. "Souhegan", ex. "Taroa") built in 1960. She is currently on the hard in Haddam, Ct undergoing a full refit after spending ten years in a barn where she was home to many generations of mice and squirrels. Work will include deck re-core, new electrical, plumbing, new head and galley, etc. Will have many questions I'm sure!
Thanks again!

Beautiful.
Should be in shipshape in no time.

The restoration of #73 continues albeit slowly. One correction I wanted to post is that #73 is keeping her current name "Souhegan" as dealing with a change of ownership AND a renaming is too much with a documented boat (the NVDC must be overwhelmed these days as their case processing dates are up to six months out).
