My P 323 has an hour meter but no clock. It is now on its 4th, this time a Hobbs, it required enlarging the eng. panel about an 1/8”, I used a file. Leaving the eng key on on mine discharges the battery through the alternator and racks up more hrs. On meter. Anyone have a simple fix for that?

I have a P 323 also, based at Boyne City Mi. Still has original md11c. What did you repower with and how did you deal with the v drive?

What do you use for a drive belt (belts) on the 100 amp alt? Some have slippage with single belt.

I need a repair kit, any ideas on the best place to get one? Should I consider a new head, it’s very small.
It’s original on P323 #225. Also need Ritchie compass dome p5 I think.
