1966 44' Pearson Countess  Ketch for Sale by 3rd owner.  Teak & Mahogony interior--no formica.  Excellent condition for her age.  Custom galley.   Equipped for offshore cruising and live aboard.  Sleeps 6.
 2008 120 HP 6cyl Westerbeke engine.  electric windlass. cabin heater.
all up-dated electronics:  SSB, Radar, GPS, VHS, EPIRB. wind generator.
Full batten main, Schaeffer roller furling Genoa, several extra sails
