Title: Pearson 323 in BVI

Just a FYI:

I spotted a P323 anchored in Roadtown Tortolla BVI last week.
There was no name on the transom and like an idiot I did not get the hull #. What was I thinking?
The boat is a bit of a derelict, the owner was a Welshman who lived aboard
