Hello,
I am so excited to be here! My husband and I just recently purchased our first sailboat. It's a 1977 Pearson 323. She's just wonderful and I am so in love. Her previous owners kept her in very decent condition and we are planning some renovations and upgrades in the next year. We are currently in a marina outside of Ocean City NJ, but may look into moving her further south as we live about 30 minutes away. It would be nice to have her closer to us. We've been cleaning her and getting to know her this whole weekend. Planning our first sail in a couple weeks, so a little nervous but also very excited!! Our dream is to eventually liveaboard and sail wherever the winds take us!! Hopefully more southern climes!! :)

Hi Kate!

My husband Mike and I live in New Jersey and just bought a Pearson 323, Hull #104. Hopefully we will have it in New Jersey some time in 2020, and hopefully between ocean City and Cape May, like you.
