Plumbing and Galley Systems / Tank dimensions / specs on a 1983 Pearson 34

Hi - I doing some work for a client who has a 1983 (might be 1984) Pearson 34 who wants the water and holding tanks replaced.  The boat currently has soft-sided bags.  Does anyone happen to have specifications for these tanks (or do I need to build a mock-up with cardboard)?  Thanks in advance.
