Yes all VeeDrive A-4 engines have two oil fills. One on the transmission and one on the engine over the flywheel.
I don't think I'll test run the A-4- Once the engine's camshaft/crank timing is certain the rest is cake. The engine is so heavy having the opportunity to add the manifold, alternator, accessory drive and vee-drive once the engine is settled on the cabin floor may be simpler for me.
Messing with oil, gasoline, coolant and other ancillaries just to see it run a minute on its own might be wasted effort.
But I haven't made up my mind completely.
