Last Resort:
Since you have the cushions, just take them as is to any marine upholsterer you can find in the area and they'll do the rest.  I had all my 31-2 #252 cabin and the 1 upright in the aft cushions done (didn't see any reason to do the beds as they're always covered with bed sheets anyway). In 2014 it cost me $1000cdn for the job with keeping the original cushions as they were still in great shape.
