I am not sure what you are referring to, but my source for all such electrical parts is https://www.bluesea.com/...

ok, I will make this as simple as I can, the circuit breakers in my 303 are affixed to, inside the boat a plastic plate, which is affixed to the bulkhead,

No help here, and this is the Pearson Forum????
I will be sure to return the PR for this site in a very negative manner.

You haven't given us a lot to go on!

If you just want to replace the plastic panel, you could always get a piece of 1/8" Starboard and measure and drill all the holes for the breakers and screws.  I would never have the patience or precision to do that, but your mileage may vary.

Based on the appearance of the breakers, they look like Blue Seas "A" series.  Blue Seas has a 13 position panel (see https://www.bluesea.com/products/8376/DC_13_Position) that might suit your needs, but it is expensive if purchased loaded with breakers.  Contact Blus seas and see if you can order just the panel with no breakers

Ok, I'll make this as simple as I can. If you are insulting and demanding you are not usually going to get assistance from people.
