Main Sheet Length
« on: March 03, 2021, 01:16:30 PM »
I need to replace my main sheet. The boat is a Pearson 323 with a bone stock traveler/sheet system. How many feet of 1/2 inch is needed for the boom to reach the shrouds and still have about 10 feet or so left? Thanks!

The P323 owners manual is on this site. It has every metric for every thing on the boat
Mine came with the boat #274
It would behoove you to download it.

BTW if you can afford it, go with 10mm Dyneema.
I switched all my sheets to Dyneema a long time ago.
Dyneema is expensive but worth 10 time the price

I looked in the owners manual and the sheet length info is not in it. I looked in the parts manual and it was listed as 65 feet of 7/16.

Im thinking about switching to a triple block and triple block with becket and cam cleat. Still researching it.
