Blue Lagoon is a Pearson 530 hull #3 home ported in San Diego CA.  I am currently in a major refit getting ready for our Nov 2022 around the world adventure.   Look forward in participating in the various forum topics.

Chees,

Charles Shelby

Please post things being done on your re-fit.  I am in the same situation and find there can be a lot to learn about the peculiarities of production boats.  Like vast amounts of lost storage space under the salon floor.
Where the copper propane lines run and the interior propane solenoid is hidden (its in the panels behind the stove).  Why the holding tanks started to reek after washing the hull (the guys cleaning the boat waxed the little vent port screens over).

I also have a P530 and trying to figure out a lot of things about the vessel.  I replaced the fridge holding plates with simple 12v Danfoss compressor, and simple evap/condenser plates.

would like to access the lost vast volume of space under salon deck to clean out the 30+ years of collected bilge gunk and maybe put all all the batteries down there.

also inspect the main mast step

anyideas?
