If I wanted to post a short video of sailing, how do I go about it.  Every time I try to do it the whole post goes away.  I even tried to shorten the video  but no help.

One work-around is to upload it to YouTube and post the link here.

Video's will likely exceed the 4M attachment limitation on the forum - I would concur with Dolce_Vita's recommendation to upload to YouTube or Vimeo.
