The previous owner was attempting to seal the fresh water fill on the port side of the boat and stained the deck with whatever it was the he used to seal the water fill port. Its smeared within the teeth of the antiskid deck like 6 inches away from where he was working. Total slob. I'm sure I could use a wire brush or something but it will damage the deck for sure. Any chemicals anyone can recommend to get this crap off my deck? Thanks.
